Mercedes-Benz Cars at the Geneva International Motor Show 2016: The dream-car initiative

Stuttgart. Mercedes-Benz Cars is presenting its Dream Car Collection at the 86th Geneva Motor Show and starting the 2016 open-air season by unveiling new roadster and cabriolet models. One highlight is the world premiere of the new C-Class Cabriolet. With its classic soft top it is an attractive entry-level model in the range of Mercedes dream cars, with all-season open-air driving enjoyment included as standard. Further harbingers of spring include the new SL and the SLC, both celebrating their European premieres, as well as the Mercedes-AMG S 63 Cabriolet Edition 130 to commemorate the invention of the automobile 130 years ago. And the smart fortwo cabrio has now become even more exclusive: in the shape of the new limited-edition smart fortwo cabrio BRABUS edition, which is likewise celebrating its world premiere in Geneva. The new Mercedes-AMG C 43 4MATIC Coupé is the latest sporty model to join the C-Class family. Also being exhibited for the first time in Europe is the new E-Class. The tenth generation sets standards in terms of design, safety, efficiency and automotive intelligence. The V-Class range is introducing the EXCLUSIVE line, which enables the MPV to impress with a particularly high level of equipment.

Mercedes-Benz will be presenting all the information and images relating to the Geneva Motor Show (public days: 3 to 13 March) to the media representatives via the continuously updated website http://www.mercedes-benz.com/geneva from 29 February. The «Mercedes-Benz Media Night» on Monday, 29 February from 7.30 p.m. and the press conference on Tuesday, 1 March from 8.15 a.m. will be broadcast on the internet via live stream (http://www.daimler.gomexlive.com).

Show stand in «Silver Flow» ambience

Visitors will experience the «Mercedes-Benz Dream Car Collection» in a fascinating «Silver Flow» ambience: a dynamically shaped, free-floating, large-scale sculpture consisting of silver slats creates the perfect setting for the new Mercedes models. The technically sculptural Silver Flow appears to float weightlessly above the large show stand covering 3120 square metres and combines with the central media space to form the stage area for the presentation of the numerous premieres. Mercedes-Benz is exhibiting a total of 37 vehicles on the public days.

Innovation topics are presented opposite the main stage with interactive stations at the centre of the show stand. The «E-Mobility» area presents an impressive range of electric vehicles including the plug-in hybrid models of the E-Class, the GLE and the GLC as well as the purely electric B-Class, while the highlight of the Mercedes-Benz hybrid initiative is a reigning world champion: the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 W06 Hybrid racing car.

The dynamic shape of the Silver Flow guides visitors behind the main stage to Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes me – the new service brand from Mercedes-Benz. In a separate area, visitors to the show can find out about the wide-ranging and customisable Mercedes me options – from networking one’s own Mercedes-Benz with a smartphone to innovative mobility solutions to inspiring lifestyle, financing and service offers.

The Mercedes-Benz Silver Flow show concept celebrated its premiere at the 2014 Mondial de l’Automobile in Paris and was also a defining element in the Festival Hall at the Frankfurt International Motor Show in 2015. Through the flexibility of the slat structure the brand image can be adapted to the individual trade fairs with a high recognition effect.

Celebration time: tenth anniversary of the Mercedes-Benz Museum

From the café on Level 1, customers can enjoy a fascinating view across the entire show stand thanks to the open design. Friends and fans of the brand are also invited to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Mercedes-Benz Museum in the café. Opened in 2006, the Museum recounts the history of the automobile from the very beginning as well as looking ahead to its future. It has welcomed more than 7.1 million visitors through its doors over the last ten years.

Koenigsegg at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show
The 86th Geneva Motor Show is almost upon us.

Koenigsegg will be there with three outstanding cars on display at the Koenigsegg stand, including two world premieres.

A brand new build Koenigsegg Agera RS

The Koenigsegg Agera RS was one of two world premieres at last year’s Geneva Motor Show. In January 2016 it became the fastest selling car in Koenigsegg history with an order taken for the 25th and final car, just 10 months after its debut.

We are proud to share another stunning Agera RS with the Geneva public this year.

The world premiere of the Koenigsegg Regera in production specification

The Koenigsegg Regera was the star of the Geneva show in 2015, when it was first shown in concept form. Some 12 months of development and 3000 changes later, the Regera is back and will be shown in production form for the first time.

The world premiere of the final Koenigsegg Agera model range

The Agera has been an outstanding success for Koenigsegg. It’s fitting that the name is sent out in style. Geneva 2016 will see the premiere of the final Agera series ever.

——

Full details relating to these incredible high performance vehicles will be available at this website after Koenigsegg’s press conference, at 1300 CET on 1st March.

Press days are March 1st and 2nd. The show is open to the general public from March 3-13. Full details are available at the Geneva Motor Show website.

The Koenigsegg stand at Geneva is at Site 1259, in Halle 1. It is shaded green in the image below.

Geneva Motor Show: ŠKODA Electrifies with New Study

› Highlight at Lac Léman: Design study ‘ŠKODA VisionS’ gives an insight into future SUV models
› Plug-in-hybrid drive with high efficiency
› Emotive design study demonstrates evolution of ŠKODA design language
› Generous interior with three rows of seats, and a total length of 4.70 m
› New production models: Power package ŠKODA Octavia RS 4×4 and ŠKODA Fabia Combi ScoutLine celebrate motor show premiere
› CNG campaign continues: ŠKODA Octavia G-TEC now available with DSG transmission

Mladá Boleslav, 17 February 2016 – ŠKODA continues to grow: Over recent years, the brand has fundamentally expanded and renewed their model range. The SUV range is now also being strengthened. With the ŠKODA VisionS, the Czech car manufacturer gives an insight into how ŠKODA’s future SUV design language might look. The brand also presents their most important future technologies with the show car. The new ŠKODA Octavia RS 4×4, the ŠKODA Octavia G-TEC with DSG transmission and the ScoutLine version of the Fabia Combi round off ŠKODA’s appearance at Lac Léman.

The ŠKODA VisionS incorporates the brand’s new design language, carrying it over into the SUV segment: the design is clearly influenced by Czech Cubism and the tradition of Bohemian crystal art. The lines are precise, sharp and clean-cut; the distinctive interplay of light and shadow on the contoured surfaces creates exciting effects, which are accentuated by the Island-Green color.

With a 2.79-meter wheelbase, at 4.70 meters long, 1.91 meters wide and 1.68 meters tall, the ŠKODA VisionS makes a bold statement on the road. Based on the Volkswagen Group’s Modular Transverse Matrix (MQB), this is ŠKODA’s first vehicle to feature six seats across three rows.

Another highlight of the concept vehicle is its plug-in hybrid drive: with 165 kW (225 hp), the show car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.4 seconds with a top speed of almost 200 km/h. 1.9 litres of petrol is all the car needs to travel 100 km (45 grams CO2 per kilometre). The ŠKODA VisionS can go up to 50 km on electric alone, and will travel up to 1000 km with both systems combined.

The internal combustion engine is a 1.4 TSI with 115 kW (156 hp) and 250 Nm of torque. This works alongside an e-motor that provides 40 kW of continuous power and 220 Nm peak torque. It is integrated into the six-speed DSG, which directs the power to the front wheels. A second electric motor with up to 85 kW and 270 Nm of torque drives the rear axle. This works independently of the front axle drive, meaning the show car has a smart four-wheel drive, which requires no mechanical coupling. The three engines cooperate in a highly flexible manner: The driver of the ŠKODA VisionS can choose between several modes of operation – from purely electric drive to charge modes, always with the goal of maximum efficiency. The lithium-ion battery with a 12.4kWh capacity is positioned in front of the rear axle.

ŠKODA has responded to the rapidly growing scope of information and the passengers’ desire to communicate by introducing automotive digital networking (mobile services), providing large displays for optimum vehicle and infotainment services for all passengers, who can connect to the network several ways from each seat in the vehicle.

The ŠKODA Octavia RS 4×4 will also be celebrating its debut at this year’s motor show: ŠKODA’s top-of-the-range Octavia is available as a saloon or estate with the 2.0 TDI engine with 135 kW (184 PS) and DSG transmission. With a drive unit, which is both sporty and safe, the Octavia RS 4×4 makes a strong partner for families, work and leisure. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 228 km/h. In NEDC, the model will manage 4.9 litre diesel per 100 km; CO2 equivalent of 129 grams per km (all values for sedan).

The ŠKODA Octavia G-TEC is particularly economical: It currently costs less than four euros in fuel to drive this model 100 km. On request, ŠKODA can fit the natural-gas car with DSG transmission. The 1.4 TSI provides 81 kW (110 hp) per km, emits less than 100 grams of CO2. The ŠKODA Octavia G-TEC is available in saloon and estate versions.

ŠKODA’s ScoutLine range also continues to grow. Alongside the Rapid Spaceback ScoutLine, there is now the ŠKODA Fabia Combi ScoutLine – with its unique off-road look and attractive, practical equipment features. Three petrol engines with 55 kW (75 hp), 66 kW (90 hp) and 81 kW (110 hp) and three diesel engines with 55 kW (75 hp), 66 kW (90 hp) and 77 kW (105 hp) are available.

Pero no creo que sea la marca americana. No se.
Mirando DMC en google parece que hay diferentes marcas con ese nombre, pero para el salón de Ginebra no tengo ni idea de que puede ser

International launch of the SsangYong Tivoli XLV

Following the successful launch of Tivoli, SsangYong will launch an extended car at Geneva to provide even more carrying capacity and practicality – Tivoli XLV. The car was shown as the XLV Air concept at the IAA motor show in Frankfurt last year, and following extremely favorable feedback the company has decided put the car into production.

Sharing the same platform and 2,600mm wheelbase as the Tivoli, the XLV features a lengthened body from behind the C pillar, an increase of 235mm over the standard car, expanding the load capacity to a huge 720 cubic litres of space. Meanwhile, the styling cues that distinguish Tivoli are retained, including its harmoniously fused SUV body design, sports coupé look and floating roofline.

Designed to offer a multi-role, multi-function solution to a wide range of customers, Tivoli XLV provides just the versatility needed to meet a wide range of individual lifestyles. It will be offered with a choice of a Euro 6 compliant 1.6 litre petrol or 1.6 litre diesel engine, and matched with the option of a 6-speed manual transmission or 6-speed Aisin automatic, two-wheel drive or four wheel drive.

Note: UK specification to be determined.

SIV-2 development concept

SsangYong will also showcase its SIV-2 (Smart Interface Vehicle) midsize premium SUV concept at the show.

As the next iteration on from the SIV-1 concept which was shown at Geneva in 2013, this takes a step further under the design concept of ‘Dynamic Motion’.

Based on SsangYong’s development theme of ‘Robust, Specialty, Premium’, this new concept pursues the emotional interface between the driver and car, and will evolve to become a key strategic model within the SsangYong range.

The SIV-2 is a mild hybrid, powered by a 1.5 litre direct injection turbocharged petrol engine combined with a 10kW electric motor-generator and a 500Wh lithium ion battery. This creates a 48V mild hybrid system which offers quiet and efficient driving, reduced CO2 emissions and silent running when idling and at slow speeds.

This eco-friendly concept features a lightweight body, a low centre of gravity and a chassis and suspension system that can be further developed to create alternative models with high efficiency powertrains such as HEV, PHEV and EV to future proof the SsangYong brand.

Brussels, Belgium – The C-HR will give Toyota a powerful new presence in the growing C-segment crossover market. PEUGEOT: 3 World Premieres at the 86th Geneva International Motor Show

With 3 PEUGEOT World Premieres and the launch of its first SUV of the year at the Geneva Motor Show, the Lion continues on its path in 2016.

New PEUGEOT 2008, the World Premiere of the Brand’s compact SUV

January saw the PEUGEOT 2008 DKR win the Dakar Rally in magnificent style[1]. It won 9 out of 13 stages, including 2 one-two-threes, 5 one-twos and the final victory in its second participation in the South-American Dakar. After racing 9,500 km in atrocious conditions, PEUGEOT SPORT added to a long list of victories, which already includes four Dakar wins in Africa between 1987 and 1990, as well as success in various other events such as the Le Mans 24 Hours, the World Rally Championship, the World Rallycross Championship and Pikes Peak.

Six weeks after the Peterhansel/Cottret duo won in their PEUGEOT 2008 DKR, PEUGEOT is presenting the world premiere of the new PEUGEOT 2008, the Brand’s compact SUV, in Geneva.

The PEUGEOT 2008 entered the ring in 2013 with strong arguments. Customers loved its elegant design and dynamic features. There has been continual growth in volume, with production ramped up to 515,000 vehicles[2] worldwide – in Europe as well as Brazil and China – making the 2008 PEUGEOT’s most successful international product. In Europe, this success is illustrated by a place in the segment’s top 3 which has been firmly established since the launch.

To compound this performance, the PEUGEOT 2008 has been given a bold SUV design, with power and appeal. Its fender flares, vertical front grille and overriders confirm its robustness designed for everyday use. The Ultimate Red colour epitomises the power of the 2008.

The Access, Active and Allure levels are complemented by the superior GT Line. This new trim, common to the entire PEUGEOT range, adds a sporty and chic theme to the red/black spirit.

The PEUGEOT 2008 gives you a unique feeling of supreme control – which is addictive. The PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® embodies the driving characteristics of the PEUGEOT 2008: intuitiveness, flexibility, safety.

The Grip Control, an enhanced traction control system, extends the usability of the 2008 to all types of road conditions. It is combined with Mud & Snow certified winter tyres.

The Mirror Screen uses MirrorLinkTM and Apple Carplay® technology and, along with the reversing camera, equips the PEUGEOT 2008 with Active City Brake and Park Assist, rare in this segment.

All versions have that distinctive benchmark dynamic behaviour. The Euro6 engines ensure high-level driving pleasure while remaining fuel efficient. Four versions are Best-in-Class in their segment, including the 1.2L PureTech 130 S&S BVM6.

PEUGEOT Traveller: an invitation to luxury travel and comfort

Presented as a world exclusive at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, the PEUGEOT Traveller has made a remarkable entry into the Combispace and VIP Shuttle sector.

PEUGEOT Design provides this segment with the new distinctive features of the brand’s SUV and saloon cars. The PEUGEOT Traveller’s assertive design exudes strength and elegance.

PEUGEOT has equipped the Traveller with many other attractive features making it a benchmark in the segment. Its new base, adapted from the EMP2 modular platform, provides top quality, efficiency and record fuel consumption levels in the segment.

Its Euro6 BlueHDi engines are equipped with the most efficient pollution control technology on the market with a SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system upstream of the DFP (Diesel Particulate Filter). Already tried and tested since July 2013, they combine driving enjoyment and performance, offering up to 180 hp and 400 Nm. Thanks to this technology, the PEUGEOT Traveller range boasts an average CO2 emission level of only 140 g/km (5.4 l/100 km), crowning it best-in-class in the segment.

On board, the PEUGEOT Traveller promises calm journeys thanks to road qualities that are worthy of PEUGEOT’s expertise, as well as luxury comfort and ambience. Multiple configurations up to 9 seats and a wide range of equipment, sometimes exclusive in the segment, make the PEUGEOT Traveller a vehicle that makes life easy and adapts to everyday life.

As regards safety, the PEUGEOT Traveller was given the 5-star rating in the Euro NCAP tests, the results of which were released in December 2015.

PEUGEOT Traveller i-Lab, the VIP shuttle 3.0

The launch of the new PEUGEOT Traveller combispace confirms the brand’s goal of applying its dynamic strategy to all segments. With the PEUGEOT Traveller i-Lab, it presents its vision of the future for business customer travel. Connectivity is revolutionising the services offered for a unique and streamline experience.

In this segment, the PEUGEOT design provides new distinctive features from the brand’s SUVs and saloons.

Based on the EMP2 platform, this VIP shuttle 3.0 has an optimum balance between exterior volume and interior roominess.

For on-board guests, travelling becomes an inspiring journey that is conducive for business. The four individual seats are arranged opposite one another around a giant 32″ touch tablet, with the capacitive touchscreen and supported by an arch. With the WiFi hotspot, Bluetooth®, induction charging docks or virtual reality headset, all uses are possible.

For the driver, the PEUGEOT Traveller i-Lab’s technological equipment guarantees the satisfaction of its passengers. Journeys are made in complete safety with road sign reading and driver inattention monitoring devices.

The new generation of PEUGEOT connected 3D navigation informs the driver in real time and in a contextualised way. Therefore, it optimises journeys according to the traffic and the passenger’s agenda.

PEUGEOT 2008 DKR: The champion Lioness of the 2016 Dakar Rally[3] is presented at Geneva

It’s here, making its first public appearance since its return from South America: the PEUGEOT 2008 DKR number 302, driven by the Stéphane Peterhansel and Jean-Paul Cottret team – winner of the 2016 Dakar Rally. The feline beauty of the Dakar Lioness of Stephane Peterhansel, “Mister Dakar”, now etched a little deeper into Dakar Rally legend with this twelfth victory, is on display in Geneva. Lower and wider, it has a superbly enhanced muscular design. Sand dunes, rocky tracks, fords… it devoured all the traps which make the Dakar one of the last great adventures on the Planet.

Under its carbon skin, the PEUGEOT 2008 DKR hides double triangle coil spring suspension with 460 mm travel, as well as magnesium one-piece wheels matched to 37 inch Michelin tyres which are still as robust, but lighter and more efficient for tackling such diverse and difficult terrain. Under the engine cover beats the big cat’s heart – in spite of the flange imposed on it, the 3.0 litre twin-turbo diesel V6 had gained even more power, delivering 350 hp and 600 Nm torque. Its extended range was particularly valuable during the winding stages.

And the DAKAR 2016 heroes will be there too! Stéphane Peterhansel will be meeting PEUGEOT fans on 5 March and Sébastien Loeb on 11 March at the PEUGEOT stand.

Around the PEUGEOT 2008 DKR, PEUGEOT SPORT will be displaying its other creations:

308 GTi by PEUGEOT Sport, a radical version of the Brand’s Best-seller, with its 1.6 THP 270 hp engine
308 R HYbrid, the compact saloon which drives like a supercar, with its 500 hp hybrid powertrain!

PEUGEOT FRACTAL concept: the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® of the future

With over 2.2 million customers won over since 2012 and the launch of the 208, the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® has become the distinguishing marker of the latest designs from the Lion. In 2015, PEUGEOT unveiled a new prospective study through an innovative concept called PEUGEOT FRACTAL. Behind the futuristic design of this electric urban coupé is hidden a new version of the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® where the attention to sound provides an even more instinctive driving experience.

Following on from sight and touch, hearing has become the third sense explored, giving driver and passengers a unique immersive experience thanks to a 9.1.2 sound system combining a high-quality 9.1 set-up that features tactile bass systems built into the back of each seat, developed by high-end specialist FOCAL, allowing the ‘spatialisation’ and ‘dynamisation’ of sound.

In the cabin, PEUGEOT FRACTAL focuses on innovative technology. The heads-up system comes with a digital tablet with HD holographic display, while the compact steering wheel has built-in touch pads and a double touch-sensitive interface to control the functions and acoustic ambiance. 80% of the interior trim surface is printed in 3D, such as the anechoic surfaces which guide the sound like in an auditorium.

Driven by an entirely electric powertrain, this urban coupé develops 204hp and has a 450 km range thanks to a streamlined design, a weight of just 1,000 kg and Tall & Narrow tyres with a narrow tread. It is certainly swift, reaching 100 km/h in 6’’8 and covering 1,000 m in 28’’8. It is perfectly at home in the city with its compact stance (just 3.81 m) and variable ground clearance of 7 to 11 cm.

There will also be a Shopping area for them, where the iconic PEUGEOT salt and pepper mills will be on sale along with a wide range of spin-off products.

PEUGEOT Scooters: the story goes on, on 2 and 3 wheels

The MITSUBISHI eX Concept is a vision for a compact SUV powered by a next-generation EV system which delivers superior environmental performance, torquey and smooth acceleration, and whisper-quiet performance. It is driven through the Twin Motor 4WD and S-AWC integrated vehicle dynamics control systems to give it precise handling and superior vehicle stability. In collaboration with its advanced connected car and active safety technologies it provides semi-autonomous driving capabilities on expressways as well as autonomous parking car-maneuvering capability.

1) Exterior design
– The MITSUBISHI eX Concept’s active, pulsating design uses a dense, solid form that looks as if it has been carved from a single block, as well as marrying «shooting brake*6» coupe elegance and stylishness with compact SUV lines. While the luggage compartment provides ample space for outdoor pursuit gear, the MITSUBISHI eX Concept establishes styling which evokes an image of a sports crossover zipping nimbly around town.
– The front fascia takes the MMC Dynamic Shield design concept a step forward in a more functional direction. In addition to its visualization of the «shield» shape designed to protect people and car alike, the daytime running lamps and turn signals are positioned on top of the fenders to make them more visible to pedestrians while the headlights are located under the ends of the bumper to prevent blinding oncoming vehicles and pedestrians.
– Another element that gives visual expression to safety and enhances the sense of assurance is the use of rubber coating on the underside and the ends of the bumper where contact is possible with people or obstacles.

*6:

A term for a coupé with flowing styling fused with a hatchback car, the term originates from British hunting-use horse carriages.

2) Interior design
– The easy-access doors without center pillars provide effortless access to and from the interior.
– The use of different coloring for the dash and door trim for the driver and passenger sides of the cockpit creates a new-look ambience and makes for an interior space which is both sporty but also bright, refined and spacious overall.
– The use of a simple frame structure covered in softshell for the dashboard, instrument cluster and other major elements of the front compartment not only creates a sense of being light in weight visually – but serves to reduce the actual weight of the car.
– The center console houses two portable batteries which can be used outside of the car to support those who enjoy pursuing active lifestyles.
– The MITSUBISHI eX Concept employs an augmented reality*7 (AR) windshield, and an Intelligent Display in the center of the dash linked to the driver’s smartphone and to AI systems in the Cloud which provides the driver with recommendations based on their interests and tastes. Using connected car technology to link up with information networks, the MITSUBISHI eX Concept creates new ways of enjoying the in-car experience.
– Among other features making for a more comfortable and effortless driving experience are Side View Monitors located inside and at either end of the instrument cluster, replacing traditional door mirrors, and a Rearview Monitor housed in the overhead console to replace the traditional rearview mirror. Using high-definition cameras these monitors reduce the amount of eye movement the driver has to make.

(or supplemented) by computer-generated graphics or sounds.

3) Next-generation EV system
The MITSUBISHI eX Concept’s next-generation EV system combines a second-generation high-capacity, high-performance battery with compact high-output electric motors front and rear. This configuration not only makes the EV system lighter and more efficient but with further weight reductions to the vehicle itself results in a cruising range of 400 km. The 70 kW motors driving the front and rear axles deliver a total of 140 kW, enabling occupants to enjoy the kind of torquey and smooth sense of acceleration unique to the EV.
The Twin Motor 4WD system delivers power to the four wheels through the S-AWC integrated vehicle dynamics control system, which uses braking to control front wheel torque delivery and an electronically-controlled mechanical Active Yaw Control component which actively varies torque-split between the rear wheels. With AYC, the system controls torque-split between the rear wheels and helps the driver follow his chosen line more closely as well as realizing higher levels of vehicle stability.

4) Autonomous driving technologies
– The MITSUBISHI eX Concept is capable of semi-autonomous operation on expressways when data from cameras and sensors is used to analyze the situation surrounding the vehicle and to automatically increase or decrease vehicle speed or to maintain its lane or to change lane.
– The linkage of connected car and active safety technologies to make for a more reassuring and comfortable driving experience includes its use of autonomous driving technology in the Valet Parking Assistant which links car parking systems at hotels or restaurants with the vehicle’s autonomous maneuvering system and allows the vehicle to find its own parking spot, park itself and be retrieved without any driver input.

Adding a dash of flavor to the current L200 and ASX models, each GEOSEEK Concept is accessorized to express the outdoor adventurous side with their tough-look added accessories geared toward outdoor enthusiasts.

1) Exterior
– Giving expression to the toughness of these models, the two versions of the GEOSEEK Concept uses a solid tone pearl grey body finish while the parts which serve to symbolize the functional nature of an SUV (fog lamp bezels, fender lips, alloy wheel rims, side garnish, tailgate spoiler, rear bumper) as well as the eye-catching door mirrors are accented in a vibrant orange.
– To enhance their active look, the front fascia sports a mesh inner grill and a skid plate below the bumper while both are fitted with a roof basket for carrying bicycles or camping gear.
– The L200 version has working lights and hand holds fitted to the roof rails while the ASX version uses LED fog lamps to bring out the individual personalities of the two models.

2) Interior
– The mostly black trim uses the same vibrant orange accenting as the exterior in strategic areas to present a casual and sporty image akin to outdoor sporting wear.
– The seats use highly functional covering materials, with mesh fabric center panels giving excellent ventilation while a suede-like fabric provides a low-slip surface to the side bolsters.
